Wyckoff Center Space Reservation Guidelines
The Wyckoff Center is dedicated to transformational learning and community building. To ensure that all reservations align with our mission, please carefully review our policies before submitting a request. We evaluate reservation requests based on the following criteria:
- Contribute to an inclusive campus climate, shared sense of community, and dialogue within and across identity groups.
- Engage in transformative learning about identity, culture, and/or social justice.
- Participate in introspective examination of systems of inequality, power dynamics, and oppression.
- Guide participants from conversation and knowledge acquisition to actively addressing inequities and fostering positive social change.
Please note that the use of the Wyckoff Center for events that do not meet the above criteria is limited.
Guidelines for use of the Wyckoff Center:
- The Wyckoff Center is available for use by recognized student groups and campus offices/departments only, and requests must be submitted through our .
- Under no circumstances should any materials belonging to the Wyckoff Center be removed from the space.
- Do NOT use tape, pins, or adhesives on the walls.
- Wyckoff Center is a candle/flame-free environment. We welcome the use of flameless or LED candles.
- We welcome light food/reception-style events in the Wyckoff Center. Please note that we are unable to accommodate sit down or buffet meals at this time.
- If your group plans on serving food, please provide your own paper plates, plastic cutlery, cups, etc., and dispose of all trash in the receptacles in the hallway outside of the Wyckoff Center.
- If your group is using 91¾«¼ò°æ Dining Services for catering, the organizer of the event is responsible for facilitating the logistics (working with Catering, ensuring the cleanliness of the room at the end of the event, etc.).
- No Facilities requests for outside tables and chairs are permitted. We ask that those considering reserving the space plan their setup based on the existing furniture.

- The organizer of the event is responsible for cleaning up the Wyckoff Center after the event. Any damage or extra cleaning may impact your ability to reserve the space in the future.
