CAMP FEES
2024 Program Fees; 2025 fees will be confirmed shortly:
2-week Session: $625
1-week Session: $350
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit at the time of registration is required, of which $100 per camper, per session is non-refundable. Your 50% deposit will be credited towards the cost of program fees and $100 of your deposit (per camper, per session) will be forfeited if you cancel or change the registration for any reason.
We accept major credit cards and electronic checks. The remaining balance of fees will be due on or before May 15.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because staff salary commitments must be made in advance and operational costs are fixed, the College must follow a very limited refund policy. Program refunds, less a $100 non-refundable deposit, will be issued if the Office of Special Programs is notified in writing two weeks prior to the start of the camp session. Appeals for refunds due to extenuating circumstances must be made in writing to the Associate Director for Institutes and Camps.
If 91¾«¼ò°æ cancels a program before it begins, all program fees will be refunded. If the College is forced to cancel a program while in progress, an appropriate pro-rated refund will be issued.
LATE PICK-UP FEE
The camp day ends at 5 pm. There will be a fee for picking up your camper after 5:15 pm: $5 for the first 15 minutes; $5 for every 5 minutes after 5:30 pm. Payment is expected at the time of pick-up.
