In Conversation with Alice Wong

An Evening Dedicated to Storytelling and the imagination

Join Sarah DiPasquale (Dance), Nick Junkerman (English) and Jamin Totino (SAS/IGR) for a live, virtual conversation and Q&A with Alice Wong, disabled activist, writer, media maker. Aymon Langlois 鈥�23 and Caroline Shea 鈥�22 will be providing an introduction.

Alice Wong is the founder and director of , an online community dedicated to creating, sharing, and amplifying disability media and culture created in 2014. Alice is the editor of , an anthology of essays by disabled people. She is currently working on her memoir, , (Vintage Books, 2022).

This event is a presentation of the Arts Administration Program and English Department with support from the Black Studies Program, Dance Department, Office of the Dean of Faculty, Intergroup Relations Program, Office of the President, Sociology Department and Student Academic Services.

Closed Captioning and ASL Interpretation will be provided and are sponsored by Intergroup Relations (IGR) and the Sociology 219C Race & Power class.
